Vision: Quality Christian education for students from all walks of life
We envision to provide quality Christian education with an Adventist distinctive for students from all walks of life. We are inclusive in our recruitment and redemptive in our nurture. We advocate an education that gives opportunity to everyone to maximize his/her God-given potentials.Mission: SPAC is committed to:
1. Prepare a people for God’s kingdom.
We believe that Jesus Christ, Saviour of the World, is soon to come and that He has commissioned this Church for which SPAC belongs to preach the gospel into all the world (Matt. 28:18-20) so that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life (John 3:16).2. nurture students for a meaningful and productive life of service for church and society.
We believe that the students are a precious trust for whom we are tasked to “restore the lost image of Jesus Christ” so that they can be trained into a meaningful and productive life of service for church and society.
Core Values:
Spiritually attuned
We believe that above all other pursuits in life we are to seek God first and His righteousness (Matt. 6:33). He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, and the ultimate reality in our lives (Rev. 1:8).Physically fit
We believe in the blessings of the health message and we are committed to live it and teach it so that God’s purpose for our lives can be fulfilled.Academically competent
We believe that our students should be academically competent, equipped with all the needed knowledge, skills, and habits to be able to make a meaningful contribution to the cause of God, Church, and country.Committed to Excellence
We believe in God who is excellent in all things and we are committed to follow the life He led while He was on earth and to become humble partakers of His nature (2 Peter 1:4).
Philosophy: SPAC believes in Jesus Christ, the Exemplar of holistic excellence.
We believe in Jesus Christ who is the embodiment of God the Father and the Holy Spirit. He became flesh and dwelt among men. As a child and as a man, He “increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men” ( Luke 2:52), setting an example of a holistic life.

Evidence of their implementation:
Spiritual Excellence
Bible reading is done intentionally during corporate worship and voluntarily during private devotions. There is Bible reading time during midweek prayer meeting and vesper service and during morning and evening worship in the dormitories. There is a regular Bible quiz during the AY, every Sabbath afternoon. In Bible classes, the Bible is used as a textbook and in other classes, as a reference book. The students are also engaged in an intelligent discussion of the Scriptures during Sabbath School lesson review and in their small group.Jesus Christ is made as the Ultimate Reality in the campus. His presence is acknowledged in all activities through prayer and a conscious awareness of His abiding ministry.
The faculty members and students endeavor to live out the Seventh-day Adventist lifestyle in their daily lives. In addition, they support the witnessing programs of the Church by active participation in the Ministerial Seminar program, regular and prompt attendance to the church services, involvement in the Crusade, tract distribution, visitation programs, and many more.
Academic Excellence
Critical and constructive thinking is encouraged through open exchange of ideas and in-depth treatment of issues during classes, in religious services, small-group discussions, and others. In the classroom and in other settings, the faculty members always point out the practical application of theoretical knowledge to the solutions of every day life. Laboratory and practicum approaches to teaching and learning are used.
The students judgment of what is good and beautiful, just and true is developed by giving them concrete examples or models.
In every area of discipline, the goal is to equip students with the needed knowledge, skills, attitudes, and habits to prepare them for their chosen lifework. More so, the curriculum is enriched with work education courses which include philosophy of work, trade courses, and non-trade courses.
Social Excellence
The students are taught to respect all persons from all walks of life. This is done through their involvement in community service extension programs where they are given opportunity to deal with and care for the marginalized. Their life in the dormitories also gives them the training to live with other students coming from background different from theirs.Students are involved in the community service extension and religious outreach programs. Each department has its own program.
The College supports the government to attain its national goals and value the Filipino heritage. This is in consonance with its motto: For God, Church, and country. Among the programs the College has launch is the drug awareness program for which it won the Regional Award as recognized by the national government through the Commission on Higher Education in 2010. The College also participates in community affairs such as celebration of special events. In addition, one of the highlights of activities during the alumni homecoming in April, the alumni and the faculty in cooperation with the local government was the tree planting.
Physical Excellence
To promote the healthy lifestyle as outlined in the health message given to the Church through EG White, the College observes the Nutrition Month where there emphasis on good nutrition is done once a year. The administration will sponsor more seminars on the different aspects of healthy lifestyle during the Sabbath School, AY, faculty devotional meetings, teaching and full faculty meetings, and chapel programs. This area is a challenge as the College for a long time has been serving non-vegetarian foods in the store, canteen, and cafeteria. Several dialogues with the faculty members who are in charge of these departments have been made by the administration and also with the student body. Slowly, efforts to wean students and faculty from meat have been introduced. Recently, the College sponsored a seminar on research-based health practices. The administration will increase the number of students who participate in the work-study program by adding industrial and office work opportunities. The work education program has been strengthened to give every student a solid foundation on strong work ethic and skills toward a trade.
