Admission Prerequisite: Urine and Blood Test results (individual specimen should be taken by the school nurse of the college).

The tests are for the purpose of securing the school community from any contagious infection/diseases that might spread from the (student) host/carrier. And to check those possible individuals who are in one way or another are using prohibited drugs.

Admission Requirements:

1. For New Students:  Submit the following documents:
   1. Form 138
   2. Clear Photocopy of Birth Certificate (Authenticate copy)
   3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
   4. Six pcs. 1×1 ID pictures; 11 pcs. for students residing in dormitories
   5. College Evaluation Exams (Math and English)
   6. Certificate of Housing Accommodation
   7. Physical Examination
   8. Accomplish application form
2. Regular and Returning Students

Before the close of the every semester a student should re-apply for admission for the next semester from the DSA office. The Admission Committee meets to consider applicants (by department) and decide who are to be admitted and not to be admitted.

1. Accomplish re-application form
2. Re-validate your ID at the Registrar’s Office
3. No failing grade
4. Honorable dismissal (for students who attended schools other than SPAC)
5. Certificate of Housing Accommodation
6. Six pieces 1×1 ID pictures; 11 pieces for students residing in the dormitories
7. Dismissed/Transferee Students
   1. Accomplish re-application form
   2. Sign contract with the school for students with disciplinary record (parent/ guardian must be present)
   3. General average of 85% or above
   4. Satisfactory conduct with recommendation
   5. Six pieces. 1×1 ID pictures
8. Foreign Students
   1. Accomplish application form
   2. Submit ACR and passport
   3. Authorized copy (translated into English) of transcript of records by the embassy)
   4. Entrance examination
   5. Certificate of Housing Accommodation
   6. Recommendation from the mission or from the church pastor
   7. Certificate of good moral character from the last school attended
   8. Six pieces. 1×1 ID pictures; 11 pieces. 1×1 ID pictures for students residing in the dormitories
9. Working Students
   1. Form 138
   2. Honorable Dismissal
   3. Recommendation from the church pastor
   4. Certificate of good moral character

   7. Affidavit of Commitment
